What to Expect from the Belhaven University Online MHA
Admission Requirements: To be admitted to Belhaven University’s online MHA program, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university. A minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.8 is required, either overall or on the last 60 hours of undergraduate work. Alternatively, admission may be granted upon completion of six hours of accredited graduate coursework with a 3.0 GPA in each course. Up to six hours of prior graduate coursework may be transferred if each course earned a grade of “B” or better.
Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be considered for conditional admission by submitting an essay detailing their goals and two letters of recommendation to the School of Business. If conditionally admitted, students must achieve a 3.0 GPA in the first six semester hours of graduate study to remain in the program. The admission process also includes submitting a completed application form with a fee and official transcripts from all institutions attended.
International applicants from non-English-speaking countries must provide current, verifiable scores for the TOEFL, IELTS, or CAEL exams, with results no older than two years.
